This week’s JR Dunn Jewelers’ Diamond in the Ruff is Chucky (ID 582313), aka “Mr. C,” an 8-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix with a LOT of personality. His foster mom says he will be a wonderful companion for someone who wants a quiet buddy to walk with, go to the coffee shop, and snuggle on the couch while you watch your favorite shows.
Chucky is perfectly house trained, very clean, and he LOVES going on daily walks and getting out in the world. He even knows a few tricks like sit, stay, and lie down.
Mr. C. tolerates other dogs but sometimes they frighten him, so ideally he would be the only prince of the home. He doesn’t mind cats, though, because they respect his personal space.
To his future forever family, please be patient and gentle with him as he is learning to fully trust people again. He tries VERY HARD to please people, and he warms up quickly when treats are involved!
Thanks to the generosity of JR Dunn Jewelers, his adoption fee is fully sponsored, so this dapper dog can join your family for free.
