Top Fundraising Packs of 2015

We are only TWO Days away until our 26th Annual Walk for the Animals! Time has just been flying, hasn’t it?

Countdown-2days

We hope your fundraising efforts are going well! Today we wanted to feature the top fundraising Packs of 2015, all of who far exceeded their goals last year.

Pssst… If you need some fundraising tips & tools to help you achieve your goal, just click here.

#1 Stilish Paws

Funds Raised in 2015: $88,191.75

Top Packs 2015

Stilish Paws has been a returning Pack at our Walk for the past several years. Last year they set a pack fundraising record by raising $88,191.75!

One of the Pack’s leading fundraisers, Chris Rotolo, shared why she walks on her fundraising page: “[My dog] Chancey is a rescue and my dear sweet Maggie was a rescue before that. The fundraising we do for the Humane Society is very dear to my heart and the animals deserve all the generous donations we can get.”

Currently they are at about 90% of their fundraising goal for this year, but you can do a lot of fundraising in 3 days. We’re rooting for them!

#2 PAWS

Funds Raised in 2015: $36,331.11

Top Packs 2015: PAWS

PAWS (which stands for Pets Are Worth Saving) is one of the HSBC’s affiliate organizations. They are dedicated to providing the volunteer and financial support to assist the HSBC in its mission to provide shelter, aid and responsible adoptions to animals entrusted to its care, as well as, to expand community awareness through education regarding respect and kindness to all animals.

As PAWS’ VP Membership Development Ronni Ostrander said, “PAWS works year round on events to raise money and exposure for the shelter, but the Walk is very different from our other events.  All of our PAWS members get to come together and bring their animals out for a fun day and raise a lot of money for something we all love.”

Currently they are at about 80% of their fundraising goal. GO PAWS!

#3 Puppy Peddlers

Funds Raised in 2015: $28,546.78

Puppy Peddlers consists of a variety of HSBC Pet Boutique volunteers, staff and friends. The Pack is headed by HSBC VP of Marketing, Cherie Wachter. Cherie has dedicated her Walk page to her two wonderful adopted pets: Taraji the cat and Dora the dog. Unfortunately Dora was diagnosed with renal failure and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Cherie hopes to honor Dora through her fundraising efforts. Currently this Pack has SURPASSED its fundraising goal and has nearly passed its 2015 total!

Congratulations to all of our Top Fundraising Packs from last year! We wish you nothing but success in the final two fundraising days of the year!

How is your Pack’s fundraising going? Have you exceeded your goals? Tell us about it in the comments below.

See you guys at the Walk in 2 days!
