We came, we saw, we wagged our tails and had a great time. We can’t thank you enough for participating in the 2018 Walk for the Animals. Because of you, and others like you, this year’s Walk raised over $510,000 and donations are still coming in! That means that our facility will be able to help even MORE animals.
Thanks again to everyone who came to our Walk for the Animals! The donations are STILL rolling in, as are the photos and videos from the event, so stay tuned – we’ll be buzzing and posting throughout the week (here’s just a small sample to hold you over).
Also, we’d like to extend some congratulations to our Top Packs:
1st: Stilish Paws – $47,406
2nd: VCA Strays – $43,719
3rd: PAWS – $38,145
Also, huge kudos to our Top Fundraisers and Individual Prize Winners:

Sniff out the Sponsors Punch Card Game: IHOP Year of Pancakes = Barbara Jefford
Don’t forget that you can continue to fundraise and turn in donations until June 30, 2018. All of the features of your personal fundraising page will continue to be available until that date as well, so make sure to login and say thank you to all of your donors.
Did you receive more donations after the Walk?
Not to worry. You can still drop off cash and check donations here at the shelter or mail them in a clearly marked envelope to:
ATTN: Walk For the Animals
2070 Griffin Rd.
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312
Mailed donations should have your name or Pack name written out clearly so we can properly credit you. We are here from 8:30am-5:30pm every weekday, so stop by whenever you’d like!
We look forward to seeing you at the 2019 Walk for the Animals!
