About

WATCH MY VIDEO...I came from another shelter, so my past is a bit of mystery. The folks where I came from said I'm a very sweet and friendly gal who does great with others. I had puppies and was a very good momma and now it is time for me to find a family to love...could it be you? I enjoy spending time with people and may follow you around. Getting lots of pets is one of my favorite things and I might try and lay in your lap. I'm gentle, walk good on a leash, and like the cool air-conditioning. Because I was not on heartworm preventative, I tested positive for heartworms. This is not contagious to other people or animals and is caused from the bite of an infected mosquito. The shelter vets will treat me for this at no cost to the adopter...I will just have to come back a few times for treatment. Thanks to Dolly's Dream, they have covered my adoption fee, and I get to go home with some goodies from the Pet Boutique. Do you think I can be your newest family member? To meet me, fill out the pre-adoption application at www.humanebroward.com. The adoption kennels open daily at 11 a.m. and appointments are not necessary. Call 954-989-3977 with any questions.
