About

WATCH MY VIDEO...Sky is a 6-year-old sweetheart who probably can't understand how she ended up at the shelter. Sadly, her owner lost their home and was left with no other choice but to surrender her. After spending her life with the person she loved, this sudden change has been especially difficult. What Sky needs now is someone who will remind her that she is still loved and that her best days are ahead. Her family describes Sky as wonderful with people of all ages, including children as young as infants. She has also lived with other dogs and done well. When meeting a new canine friend, Sky likes to take her time and thoroughly sniff and inspect them before deciding it's time to play. Once introductions are complete, she's happy to become playful! She has never been around cats, so that would be a new experience for her. Sky is an absolute love bug who enjoys being babied and showered with affection. She loves to cuddle, seeks out human attention and is more than happy to return the favor. She was the kind of dog who liked to sleep right next to her owner and would happily follow them around the house just to be near her favorite person. Don't let the fact that Sky isn't interested in treats fool you. She has plenty of other ways to have fun! She enjoys toys, loves to play fetch and tug-of-war, and is always ready for some quality time with her people. Sky has lost the home she knew, but she hasn't lost her ability to love. She is hoping someone will look past her sad circumstances and see the sweet, affectionate girl waiting underneath it all. Sky is ready for a new beginning, a soft place to sleep, someone to follow around and, most importantly, a family who will never give up on her. Could you be the person who shows this deserving girl that she's finally home? Thanks to Dolly's Dream her aodption fee is paid and she gets to go home with goodies to help her settle in.
