The Humane Society of Broward County offers clinic tours for groups that will be engaged in a presentation about the pet overpopulation problem we face.
The Humane Society offers shelter tours for school groups and other community groups (church groups, scout troops, day care centers, camps, etc.). Tour groups are engaged in an age-appropriate humane
When school is out, come to the Humane Society of Broward County and give love and attention to some adorable animals! Next Day Camp is Wednesday, April 10, 2024!
Kids will learn about staying safe around animals, the basics of pet care, careers with animals, dog training, and more. They will get lots of supervised hands-on interaction with companion animals.
Kids 6-12 are invited to join us for fun animal-filled camp during their Spring Break! SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE FOR SPRING CAMP 2024!!

Teens will learn about positive dog training techniques, working in the shelter and a small amount of veterinary care. We will spend a good amount of time interacting with large dogs, cats and other small animals.
